heres one to keep a long lasting deep shine to all leather shoes and boots and will pass any sargent majors inspection:
first off you will need the follwing things;
1 a tin of shoe polish
2 a tea spoon
3 a candle
4 a hair dryer
5 three soft cotoon clothse
what you need to do first is wipe over the shoes / boots with a damp cotton cloth. the next step is to light the candle and heat up the spoon when spoon is hot enough smear polish over the footware and gently place the spoon onto it until the polish has soaked up into the leather, repeat until entire shoes have been aplied with polish in this manner, then buffer up with a clean soft cotton cloth. what you will need to do next is cut the bottom of the candle off and apply a thin film of the wax to the shoes / boots. warm up the wax with the the hair dryer and leave to cool for a few minutes and finally wipe over the shoes / boots and your done.

it is a lot of work but you will be amazed at how shiney your shoes will be.
