A woman throws something out a window and dies.

she cut herself on the window cause it was broken ...and got some kind of poisening in her blood....and therefore she died.........heehehe i dont know
No, the window didnt have anything to do with her death.

It was attached to her so she flew out the window too

She threw something explosive out the window and it detonated before it hit the ground?
No, it wasnt explosive, but it did have something to do with what she threw out.
