Was they fishing and didnt see a shark, someone fell overboard so they all jumped into the water after him, saw the shark finally tried to get on, and the ladder wasnt down?

Did they all go for a swim and forgot that someone had to stay on the boat at the controls (boat, ladder, ...)?
Were they on the yacht when they were still alive? (you said 2 questions per post, so here goes) YES for the first part and NO YES

Is the fact that it is a yacht relevant?
If they came from the yacht, does it concern all passengers? Sort of lol YES they all dead

If not, are some passengers still on the yacht?
If so, are the ones whom stayed behind on the yacht all alive? NO none on the boat

Did the crew stay on the yacht?
If not, is the crew dead in the water too? If not, have they left the vicinity? as above noone on the boat

You are off coast: are you on an ocean?
If not, are you on a lake? Does the answer to both questions above have anything to do with the deaths? Is the quality or composition of the water important? YES well yes was far from shore
