k your question asked not what, but why...so is it instructing you on how to book non english speaking folks? Stuff like: stand on the line, pee in this cup, are you injured or on medication?

 NO he wasnt but you all getting warmer they are instructions to speak to not criminals tho in fact not to even human beings lol you have to get this as I found another body while I was out that I have to post about lol

I gave you that one Grammy lol yes The language given to POLICE DOGS are not normally in a language of that country...this is to make it unlikely that any other person than trained police handlers will be able to control the dogs
