Had he been kissed by someone whom had poison on the lips? (like arsenic)
Had he eaten or drunk something that needed 24 hours to develop a poison in the human body e.g. as a natural reaction from the immune system? good thinking there kay but sadly NO and NO

did it have to do with an animal? NO but good thought there Dixie NO not an animal in sight
