Was the sandwich his creation and whoever tasted it, marketed it for him? or the idea anyway?

were the sandwiches poisoned,and the person who died from eating them had left the person who left the sandwiches everything in their will
i know its probably wrong,but its worth a try,and we all know what piers like for finding dead people! LMAO Krob no dead bodies this time

K does it have anything to do with a conversation he and whoever was eating the sandwiches had? Like it ended up in a job offer or backing for some other project they discussed?
Did he get some novel idea from observing someone eating like making potato chips to go along or paper plates or something like that? NO conversation getting warmer on the 2nd one there Grammy about observing someone eating the sandwiches but not as you have suggested

Was it due to him working so late that this person came in and promoted him where he could make more money and get better opportunities?
Did he bet whoever ate some a million they couldn't guess his "secret sauce"? NO and NO Grammy
