OK yesterdays was too easy so lets have a go at this one

You can ask as many questions as you like only 2 on each post would be good so I dont get confused but I will be only answering a YES or NO... so will look in often and edit the reply on your posts

Went for a walk the other night and came across this dead man
Now this case really interested me so I followed it through
The police examined the body carefully but were mystified as to the cause of death.
No one else was involved but a postmortem revealed he had been killed by a freak accident that virtually left no trace

How did he die?
