u say he killed her not murderd, perhaps he didnt mean 2 kill her, an stricken with guilt, killed himself?

he and his wife had won the lottery,(thats why they were celebrating),the man not wanting to share the new found wealth with his wife decided to kill her,but when he went into the house something caused him to realise that he hadnt actually won anything,they had made a mistake,so he ended up killing himself over the whole sorry mess
nope, that's not what they were celebrating, but ur on the right track trying to figure out what they were celebrating

they wer celebrating a pregnancy (the reason for marrage) but she then reveald she woznt pregnant joking ofcorse but how woz he 2 kno, so he minced her, then upon draggin her in the house found a possative pregnancy test.... oh dear, so.. realising his collosal mistake, shoots himself?
nope, not the reason for the celebration, but ur doing good so far

he is schitzophrenic, after dragging her body inside he changes personality 2 his origonal self an is devostated 2 find he killed her so then killes himself?
nope, no schitzophrenia, the reason he kills himself is the surprise he finds inside

Okay They Were Celebrating Thier Divorce And He Killed His Wife His Date Came To the Door And She Had Kids
