There are nicks (indents, ... those things) on the top surface of the base, the ropes fit into them and you can slide out the rope when finished?
(same as male, points will be awarded to a member if ever I have a right answer  )No sorry Kay Spanky is on the right track and someone else at the start gave a clue out as well

Was the surface the ropes were on lubricated with something?
NO Nasshi it wasnt the ropes that had anything on them

if it was to heavy to lean or anything to get the ropes out from under it how did you get ropes under it to begin with?
 Krob and I had put the ropes around and under the statue to enable us to lift it onto the pedestal BB dont get technical on moi now

was the statue base bigger than the pedistal base?
NO was about the same size in dimensions think you on wrong track here go back to Spankys clue and one at the beginning

is the bottom of the statue flat or is it just his feet? if just his feet you good tie the rope underneath his you know where :P place the staue on the base and cute the rope off
The bottom of the statue is flat thats where Krob and I had the problem and being the innocent Frenchman that I am I havent a clue what you mean by his *u know where* is so your answer is NO

We had placed blocks of ice on the pedestal and then withdrew the ropes and as the ice melted the statue was lowered until it lay firmly on the base BB has asked for her points to be awared to Phats...Ben will send them when I get home New question later all |
