Did the young man and her get into an accident after arguing with the people to go somewhere? And it killed both of them?

Did the young man die right after he killed her?


I have no idea what happened to him afterwards, but no to all the other questions.

The young woman had a disease and they had a discussion on how to get rid of it, but the only conclusion was to end her life, so the young man did it because he was related to her?

Is it anything medical?
