One day, after quite serious discussions, a young man gets involved in a dramatic event. He puts his personal feelings aside and takes the life a young woman, whom appears to be his younger sister. Even though a certain number of quite important people saw this happen, the young man was never charged with accusations. How was this possible?

do we need to establish what the dramatic event was before we can find the answer?
how old was the young man? is hes age relative? No to all, sorry

Because the young man was a doctor preforming an operation on his sister, the operation took a turn for the worse and his sister died?
