We’re not passing the buck We’re empowering the individual We’re not throwing you in at the deep end We’re facilitating your professional development through our accelerated training program We’re not cutting funding We’re initiating an efficiency strategy We’re not doubling your work load We’re widening your responsibilities Lets work the problem, not shirk the problem Lets pool our resources and stop swimming up streaming What we say to them… _ _ _ _ _ I’m not using the phone for personal usage I’m expanding our customer base through personally resourced contacts I’m not on the net all the time I’m developing my IT skills while researching our market competitors I’m not stealing stationary I’m managing excess stock I’m not hyped up on caffeine I’m highly motivated I’m not desperate to quit I’m focused on my up coming annual contract review If it ain’t broke don’t fix it If it is broke I didn’t do it |
