What is Going on?

I know I have not posted in awhile things are very strange right now and I have no clue what is going on anymore. It may just be simple depression I don't know but it is really starting to hurt my health.

To put it as clearly as I can I will quote Cortana from Halo 3.

"So much of me is wrong...out of place..."

I sit at home all day with only short excursions to pick up applications to get a job and then to return them. I play video games, surf the web, listen to music, watch TV, eat, and sleep all day. Also despite all this inactivity I haven't gained any weight. I am also slowly losing interest in doing those few things, and sleep is a relative term most of the time I can't sleep and when I do its so light that i get no rest from it.

As for when it comes to social interaction its little to none, I mainly sit here at my computer and pine away after one of my best friends wishing I had her so much so that I dream of her.

So as it stands I sit here jobless, school-less, losing interest in my hobbies, unable to sleep well, wishing I had a girl I can't have, and slowly getting sicker and weaker. I am starting to really doubt myself.

sounds a little like love sickness to me,your sleeping problems could be due to inactivity, you need to make your self more active through the day, take note of what jon said, most of us have had our low moments where we think thats it its all over, theres nothing left, but we are here now and we are enjoying life and we are proof that life does get better,we are here if you need someone to talk to

I agree with Krobbie about the inactivity bit. Go for a nice brisk walk and that should get you energised, works for me

I agree with all of the above...excercise and healthy diet are important for your health even when you dont want to...excercise walking at least 3 times a week for a minimum of half an hour and eat healthy meals even if you dont feel like it (if you dont feel like it, pick at healthy things throughout the day). One thing you have got going for you is from what you say you are actively seeking work...once that falls into place you will feel as though you are contributing to a better life for yourself and your self worth will be enhanced. As for the girl you cant have, as much as it may not feel like it right now, there are plenty of decent girls out there and as time passes by your pinning will lesson and the right one may walk through the door...try to keep your chin up and hold onto hope.
I wish you all the very best in your health, happiness and life.

Hi, actually im a Psychology major, and we just learned about depression. Im not a professional yet, but i dont think it would hurt to seek out someone who is. I think you are most likely suffering from major depression. Please go seek some professional help.
