My Children Will Do it Differently
OK heres the thing, I always here stuff like
"When I was in school we never did things like that!" or "When I was a kid we would be spanked for things like that!" (all these things comeing from my mother) So I want to know what people have told you like this. (If they have)

As it happens, rolls may reverse on you and some day you may say the same things to your kids that your moma said to you. Least I hear my words told to my grandkids often. Sometimes my daughters even give me MY advice. o.O
I'm fond of saying, "back in the day when dinosaurs roamed the earth..." and gettin a laugh or at least a roll of the eyes when they tell their kids to go ask your grammy.

I say that now. If some of the kids that I watch were MY kids.....they wouldnt behave the way they do. I was raised military...my dad was a drill sergeant...I couldnt imagine behaving like most children do now days...I'd have gotten my butt beat! Things are much different these days than they were even 15 years ago. Just gotta roll with the punches I guess.
