Money will make you happy….NOT ANYMORE
Everyone thinks that money will make you happy, well I don’t think its right anymore. I live in a family with a monthly income of over 30,000$ monthly, but I’m not that happy.
Yeah for sure there are few few times where money made me happy, but I rather say it’s the cause of all the pain in my life. Money is the reason my parents divorced, my family is gone, and my life is ruined so the next time you wish you will have a lot of money, please think twice. I rather lose the cash I have, and have a normal life without the whole fancy stuff and the 4 stories house the expensive furniture, I will give up my brand new Porsche, and even give away everything I have. Well the thing is money can’t purchase you happiness, and without happiness your money is worth nothing. So here I go to pursue my happiness. “This is not a home I think I better off alone” Three days grace Excuse my language, I’m not a native speaker: D Last edited by ycats; 06-12-2008 at 03:06 PM. LMAO Pier! Hey if there's something else left, a Maserati GT would be perfect for me
UAE, I do not completely agree with you. Money does not make one happy but he whom cannot be happy without money, will never be with money and vice versa. Do you think that poor people are happy? They struggle from day to day to stay alive, to keep going and yes, they have their family and they may seem to be happier than you with those "simple" things, but believe me "poor people" have as much divorces, family arguments, quarrels, problems in school, ... as "rich people". The subject on which the argument starts is just different. Try also to think of the fact that saying "I will give up my brand new Porsche" - to cite one example - can be very hurtful to people whom can hardly pay for a train ticket. You could regret giving it all away. Not having money would probably not have kept your parents together, I am sure that there were other reasons too. "Money does not buy happiness" is an overrated cliché. I have never been poor and I have never been rich, but I know what goes on in this world. It might not make you happy, but try for just one second to imagine how you would feel if you were born in let's say Somalia or Ethiopia ... You have the money, well I would say enjoy it. |
