He hears everyone hon. Try being your own best friend...I say this alot but I really believe it to be true. A good friend is someone you trust, admire, respect, enjoy and can forgive for goofups. Be that for yourself and many things will work out.
When things go badly, take a deep breath and start again, and again, and again. Don't worry about the old you, make a new improved one.
