As most of you know I have spent the last week in the hospital. the ones of you that dont know, I managed to step on a nail out the middle of the horse pasture around all the muck. After 4 weeks of swelling, 4 different rounds of antibiotics my dr dicided to put me in the hospital. come to find out it was a good thing they did because the infection had gotten into my bones. they performed surgery on tuesday and kept me on constant IVs trying to get rid of the infection.

Just thought that i would stop in to let everyone know i am home, they sent me home from the hospital late last night. they are gonna have me on IV antibiotics for 6 weeks. and they way the talk the hospital itself is going to eat most of the costs, so my insurance problem should be covered.

but just because i am home from the hospital i am still not out of the clear, i still have alot of pain in places that i should not have pain and the dr said that if it remotly started to worsen then he would place me back in the hospital. they also found out that the infection is still in there, and they are hoping these antibiotics are going to cut the rest out. if they dont, then i do run the risk of loosing my 2 little toes.

but i just wanted to thank everyone for the support while i was in the hospital and thank you all for caring. i love you all, and since i am going to be off work for a while i am hoping to have more time to come in here agian.
