feeling overcome with sadness
I am not sure what has been going on with me latley ,but for no apperant reason I have been overcome with a great sadness.It does not stay but comes periodicaly.for ex. i was all happy and talking with a friend all of a sudden i just wanted to start crying and dont know why.It stays for about 10 to 15 mins and then leaves and comes back.I am not sure what it is from

After Christmas many people experience a melancholy. Holiday season about over, new year with the possibility of unknown stress and problems. Its a time to reflect a year gone you can never regain.
Or could be hormones...whatever the case, hang in there, it will pass. Just try to dwell on your blessings. After all, you can wake and notice the yard needs mowing, or you can delight in the way the sunshine sparkles off the dew.
