I'm going to be dating my boyfriend for a year in October and I love him I really do I mean if I didn't there is no way I would still be dating him, but there's this other girl in his life that he claims is just a friend-If she was just a friend then why does he lie to me when it comes to her? He'll go see her when I'm not around, he writes her letters, they text and email but of course I can't know what about, and whenever I get mad at him for something or won't do something he asks he'll always bring her up saying she wouldn't be mad at him for any reason and she'd do anything he asks! I got really mad at him when he first said this and said really then why don't you go out with her since she'll worship the ground you walk on. It ended the same as the other arguments but I love you, we're just friends.She is still in the middle and I don't know how to get her out of being between us! I've tried talkin to him about it and saying that the 3 of us can do stuff together but he either doesn't want to talk about it or listen to me when I bring her up!! I'm confused and startin to give up on what we have!! Any suggestions?

i may be wrong,but is it possible that the other woman is in a relationship and thats why the arguments end with i love you we are just friends,because he thinks if he does leave there may be nothing for him after you,i dont blame you for being paranoid especially as he seems to make out that she wouldnt treat him so harshly,i hope im wrong for your sake,but it sounds to me like he wants a relationship with her,but there is something in the way stopping it from happening,like i say perhaps she is in a relationship and is unwilling to end it with her partner because (a)shes unwilling to risk it incase things dont work out and shes left with nothing or shes scared of her partner and wont leave him thru fear of what will happen.
either way you need to try and talk,if he wont listen,threaten to leave him and see what happens,i dont know the full story and i dont have all the answers but i do know you cant go thru your life being paranoid about your man,you have to try to get things sorted out.
i hope your troubles come to an end soon

Thank You Krobelus I value your opinion and I think it's time to threaten him that I'll leave to because I'm not goin to go through this when I don't deserve it! and your opinion has given me somethings to think about! Thank you so much!
