Just eat healthy foods and watch portion sizes and exercise regularly I find this is the best way to lose weight or even maintaining that weight!! Good Luck to you!!

Yep what cookie said!! and start a workout routine that you can live with it doesn't matter what you do just as long as you stick to it. Good luck!!!

Well as said we are not professionals. But I have found that
drinking a bottle of water before I eat helps with the over eating.
The more water you drink the more full you feel.
It worked for me
