Any ideas???

I need to lose about another 25 pounds by March 1st. I eat healthy and exercise regularly. Do you have any ideas?? I have lost 30 pounds give or take 5-6 pounds depending on the day in the last 3 months, but I just cannot seem to lose these remaining 25 pounds. My goal is to get down to what I weighed 10 years ago. Unfortunately, I have had 3 pregnancies since then and mother nature has not been too friendly to me.

I would appreciate any suggestions that you might have out there

The only advice I can give is not to aet carbohydrates and after 4 (16-00). I use it myself if want to lose some weight.

What do you do for exercise? Try running early in the morning and again just before dinner. Then work on low carbs and white meat.

diet

hi my daughters future mother in law has used a diet called lighter life and went from dress size 20 plus to size 12 in a few months its expensive sixty pounds a week but it worked wonders for her she even trained to show others how to do it i dont know if you have it over there but its well worth looking for

accelerated weight loss especially in someone older, tends to come back tenfold, lose weight gradually say 1-3 pounds/week to keep the weight idle an exercise is very important as well as a good diet
