I could list a thousand different reasons why I prefer firefox to IE, but for the sake of not boring you to death, I'll keep it simple.

1.) Like Jonathan said, firefox is far more stable.
2.) Firefox uses Valid W3 HTML, as opposed to the degraded microsoft version of it.
3.) It is far less susceptible to spyware control and targetting
4.) The plugins feature does away with the widely insecure activeX scripts and controls.
5.) Less security flaws.
6.) Last but not least, IT WORKS!

lol ice,i know people say they have problems with ie bla bla it doesnt work and all that.works fine for me!but im gonna try use firefox since everybody likes it

it may seem fine to you,but ie really is full of flaws,save yourself a lot of headaches and make sure you get firefox,once you use it you wont wanna go back to ie

im usin it at the mo and i dont see much difference

i just have to get used to aload of different things

i use IE because i find the text on firefox is very "boxy".

IE hmmmm at the minute i wouldnt rate it..its having a tendancy of closing down on people when they half way through a job

Yep, had that problem before. Also the problem of when closing one window all the IE windows would become non-responsive and close out.
