My isp may not be the fastest....but i have reliability....and that is what matters
Edit: Also, a few trade secrets for ya. Its not just your isp, but your hardware. Hardlines are a good thing, high end nic cards and connection boosters can also raise your speed. also, the time it takes your pc to communicate with your modem is added to your connection speed, so at times a higher quality cable can boost your "estimated" connection speed. Cat5e and Cat6 gold are recommended for high end ethernet applications....as opposed to the standard cat5 that your isp supplies you with. (hint hint
