How you caused me so much pain
And the only way I can deal with it
is by staving or cutting a vein.
Do you know about the sadness?
Do you know about the fear?
Do you know that as I try to sleep,
Your voice is all I hear?
Do you know about the Panic?
About how i'm afraid to be alone?
I'll never be able to forget,
holding me tight, not letting me go
You stole away my happiness
You make me dread each day.
I try to block you from my memory
But the images alway stay
You scarred my soul
Now I've been falling apart

sounds familiar hun hope you are ok!! nobody is worth feeling that way thats what i had to remind myself and also that im worth sooo much more... the one that deserves you wont let you get away!!
