take this pain away
this pain, tearing my insides out
unbearable at the moment , fading to a distant scream then it comes again, ripping through my lower abdomen like a knife gutting my internal organs tearing them apart, then fades to to a ripping scream just let this pain go away, if just for a moment fade away , fade away from me
