Once there was you Once there was me We saw each other at once But kept our distance We decided the idea of "Us" was a bad one So we just stayed friends Everything suddenly turned crazy I thought you were going to die I felt that I was to blame You said it wasn't my fault But things soon changed You returned home And returned to school We both agreed we felt like idiots for fighting Then it happened You kissed me Nothing else seemed to exist There was no more you There was no more me Just us Everything happened too fast And you're once again gone Gone from home Gone from school But this time never to return Our love is forever So I know I'll see you again But onlu when it's my turn to leave I'll miss you until then But for now it's just me |
