Hello and Welcome to our friendly, family type site. Here people from all over the world (aged 18 and up) can meet and make friends or just have fun! We simply don't do drama or hate here. Instead, we strive to prove people can get along and respect each other no matter where they live, what their age is, or what they believe.

The whole site is English Speaking Only so that we can
all understand each other and no one feels left out.

~ Read or Post in our "Forums" (games, poems, stories, jokes, etc.) You can join or create Social Groups like: MovieGoers, Bookworms, PetLovers, and others. Watch videos, read news, and more.

~ Read or post a Blog*. Dreams, ideas, ramblings.

~ Look at or add pictures to our Albums*. Post photos to create your own unique profile (under "My Account", "Customize Profile"), share pictures of yourself, friends, hobbies or things you enjoy. Keep it clean!

~ Spend points in the vBPlaza* (buy gifts and benefits, become a Premium Member and more)

Do not use/give out/text/solicit email addresses, phone numbers, ICQ, Skype or messenger information, or advertisements of any kind in your signature, posts or in the chatroom.
ChatsUSA only permits content quality links. ChatsUSA reserves the right to remove any link that does not meet our quality specifications. We do not tolerate spamming of any kind and is cause for a permanant ban.
SPAM: Spam is when the same person posts more than one thing in a row without someone having posted afterwards ~ or ~ when a post or thread is repeated advertising/soliciting. This is not allowed here.
Custom User Titles, Locations, Profiles, and Signatures:
The custom user title, location field, profile picture and signature options are edited via your Profile. Custom user titles and the location field are displayed next to your posted text, under your user name. Profile pictures are shown in your public profile. Signatures, once created in your profile, are attached to the end of your posts (if you choose the option to include your signature).
URLs or other forms of advertising (phone numbers, contact details, etc.) are not allowed in custom user titles, which are limited to 25 characters. Also, you may not use custom titles to impersonate, or attempt to impersonate, ChatsUSA staff, user groups, or any entity you are not associated with.
Your location field cannot include URLs or other forms of advertising.
Profile pictures cannot include sexually explicit or graphically intense images.
Signatures:
-Must be setup in your profile, and not manually added to your messages.
-May contain a maximum of five smilies.
-Maximum font size cannot be larger than normal.
-Must be kept to a maximum of five lines (at 1024x768 resolution) when viewed using the horizontal postbit.
-Banners should be size: 468x60
-Signatures may not be animated.
-May not contain links to other threads or posts.
-Please keep special characters to a minimum.
-Your signature is your signature. It is not for sale or rent.
-Any signature that is offensive or insulting to ChatsUSA, its members, or its staff, is prohibited.
We reserve the right to ask you to change and/or remove your signature at any time, for any reason.
Problems:
If you have problems with another member, please, send a pm (private message) to any staff member explaining who it is and the nature of the problem. Sometimes it's merely a misunderstanding and can be worked out easily. However (like all sites), rude, offensive and bothersome people come here also. We greatly appreciate knowing about them so they can be dealt with properly.
Remember to use the "Block" feature in the chatroom whenever needed so that you will no longer see the text of someone you find annoying.

If you need help, send any staff member a private message or ask one of us in chat.
The Management, CUSA Admin, and CUSA Moderators are all happy to help you! You'll notice troublemakers/rule breakers don't last long and aren't welcomed back. This leads to the rest of us having a BLAST!
