suggustion and comment.
I just had an idea. I think that the private chat feature should be removed from the Lobby. It has the effect of discouraging general talk there. A room could be set up for the specific purpose of private chat. That way, the lobby would be to sign on with and talk to everybody. You could arrange to meet someone there and go the the private chat room from there, or stay and talk to everybody without sneaking around and talking behind peoples back.

I think the way it is is just fine! It also allows staff a place to discuss issues and notify chatters in case of a problem and keep from disrupting the normal flow of conversation!
