Having problems connecting?
If you are having problems connecting to the chat room, please follow these important steps:
Try the following steps at home: 1st: Clear all Temp files and Cookies 1st: Close out ALL IE windows2nd: Delete all files in the %temp% directory if on XP.(Start > Run > type: %temp% > select all and delete all files. Ignore any files that will not delete) 3rd: Reinstall Macromedia Flash Plugin: Adobe Shockwave Download Center 4th: Restart your PC and then try to join the room. *Do it in this order and complete every step*
