PERSONAL SECURITY
In my post earlier, called Warning warning warning, I advised everyone to be careful with attachments.
This post is about personal information! If you are not aware of it. There are good people, very good people and friends on the internet. However, there are also STUPID PEOPLE, MEAN PEOPLE, AND IDENTITY THIEVES on the internet. Even here!! For that reason we here at ChatsUSA ask that you be careful with your personal information. Giving out you IM address, giving out your primary email address should be done only if you are sure of the person your giving it too. Then I would only give it out in PM or IM windows to limit who see it. Once you give it out, or post it in forums everyone has your address that wants it. Never give someone online, you full name, your home phone #, or home address. You would not believe how easy it is to get other information about you with only one or two of the above items. Folks be cautious, be careful and be very private with your personal information.
