I apologize for my delayed reply. I encourage you to open a support ticket by going to: ChatsUSA.com - Powered By Kayako eSupport or emailing support@chatsusa.com. If we are unable to troubleshoot the system further, we may arrange a remote desktop connection. Here are a few quick tips: 1) If you have a firewall installed, try disabling it. 2) If you are running the windows firewall, try disabling it. 3) If you are running any type of anti ad system software, try disabling it. To confirm this is something on your side and not ours. Try booting into safe mode with networking and load up the chat room. If it works in safe mode, then there is something on your system. side note: someone besides Nasshi couldn't get it then they suddenly could, not having changed anything they did get in
then Nasshi again couldn't get in lol, sure its on her end? - Jonathan
