Having issues with the new room?
For some reason, a fraction of our users running Internet Explorer have encountered issues with the javascript coding for our ad refresh system, thus their ads continue in an endless loop and make it almost impossible to use the system.
We only have 2 official suggestion to fix this situation and only 1 being confirmed every time that it works. We also encourage you to follow one of these steps to try and resolve any other issues you may experience with the new software. 1) Download the FireFox browser system from Mozilla Download 2) Update your Adobe Flash Player from http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/downl...ShockwaveFlash We are 100% positive that the FireFox browser system will fix your issue of not being able to type into the room. We apologize that you have to download another system to run ours. Unfortunately this is an error in the Windows Vista IE coding that we are unable to correct. Thanks for your patience as we work the kinks out of our new system!

Just downloaded and installed Firefox, updated my adobe flash, cleared my history on my pc, added Chats to my ok sites via "Tools", restarted my pc... and still when I attempt to log into the new chatroom.. it does not work. It does not load up. It stops before loading to any type of screen one could even attempt to type on, then it freezes up.. and when I go to close it out, I get a "not responding" message, and am forced to close the web page as well as the chat page. I never had any issues getting into the old chatroom, but it seems impossible for me to get into this one....

Did you use FireFox to go into the chat room? If so, what are your system specs? - Jonathan

Yeah I tried getting to chat with Firefox and with Explorer, no go either way. I have a Pent 4, 1 gig of ram, running Windows XP. I play WoW on this PC, so it should be able to handle chat.
