Hello Guys/Gals,

I'm excited to announce that ChatsUSA has relaunched our live help support system. This system will allow all of our users to contact a staff member for help with their account, site issues, and account changes.

This system is often also staffed by members of management if your issue requires so. Just select the appropriate department in the dropdown.

To use the system, click on the "Live Help" button located at the bottom of the homepage. Please enter your name as your username and your email as your email address on file.

*Please note that ChatsUSA.com will require account verification for account changes. We do not support deletion requests via the live help tool.*

Hopefully you will find this new feature an asset to the ChatsUSA services.
