hi there all,
for the last couple of weeks i have been unable to log into my e-mail account provided by my i.s.p. every time i enter my password my computer returns the message invalid password or uusername. this problem only happens when i try to access my e-mail inbox. as i have'nt changed any password or username i really dont know what has happened to cause this problem as the same password and username allows me to use the internet. if it is of any help i have a dsl broadband connection.

Have you checked your settings? Do you use Outlook?
Try by going to Tools - E-mail Accounts - View or change existing e-mail accounts. You can check your settings there and see if everything still is correct.
Hopefully it's nothing more than that and hopefully it will work with that. If not, we have some geeks on here (just don't tell 'em I told you :P )

Good luck!
