Connecting to chatroom
Adam123 has had a problem getting into chats since the server went down.
He has cleared his temp files. He cannot post from work and has asked me to post this for him. Do you have any suggestions on what he might could do in order to get back into chatroom? Thanks |

1st: Clear all Temp files
2nd: Clear all cookies (this needs to be done) 3rd: Delete all files in the %temp% directory if on XP.(Start > Run > type: %temp% > select all and delete all files. Ignore any files that will not delete) 4th: Reinstall Macromedia Flash Plugin: Adobe Shockwave Download Center

1st: Clear all Temp files
2nd: Clear all cookies (this needs to be done) 3rd: Delete all files in the %temp% directory if on XP.(Start > Run > type: %temp% > select all and delete all files. Ignore any files that will not delete) 4th: Reinstall Macromedia Flash Plugin: Adobe Shockwave Download Center 5th: Be sure to empty your recyle bin, before doing the next step. 6th: Do a shutdown to power off, wait 30 seconds then restart your computer. 7th: I have found that sometimes you may need to do this more than once to get it to work totally.
