let me start by thanking you for keeping us posted about your brother, Rick. We all care for him and appreciate the fact that you keep us informed.
Like Pier suggested, it is recommended that you create your own account, because using someone else's account is indeed against the ToS. As Angel said, it is not a problem, just a suggestion.
Creating an account is a simple process and any member of staff will gladly assist you with this.
