Kay's QOD6
Yesterday's QOD hasn't been solved yet, but I decided to put up a new one already. This one should allow you to ask a bunch of question ... if someone doesn't google it and gives the answer immediately of course 
John and Susan have the morning off and decide to go shopping. While John goes to the hardware store, Susan decides to get a new outfit. Extremely happy with what she found, she returns to the car where her husband John is waiting for her. They just have time left for a quick lunch and hurry to work. Susan didn't get a chance to show her outfit to John, but she knows she can do it in the afternoon.
Unfortunately, two hours later, Susan dies even though she did not suffer from any medical condition.
What happened?
