Maybe this will work

click start, run, type msconfig and press enter, now click on startup tab and look for the entry that you think is running and disable it. If you can't figure it out, no big deal, take a pic of your start up options. Post it unless you mind people seeing what is starting up on your PC. You can E-mail me and If you don't want to post it and I'll take a peak.
