I am not an MD but I would make a safe guess that the COD was excessive blood loss, caused by the knife wound. That or someone in the crowd didnt like her new shoes!
LOL Male only a medical person would answer that way but we know the knife killed her I gave that clue away
and no to the didnt like her shoes
